The program requirements in place at the time of certification are what apply to the next level of certification.
- Example: You attain Level 1 candidate certification in 2023; therefore, your requirements for Level 2 certification are the requirements in place in 2023.
- Example: You attain your Level 2 judge certification in 2025; therefore, your requirements for Level 3 certification are the requirements in place in 2025, regardless of when you attained previous certification. The program requirements in place in 2025 were the 2024 program requirements.
